  Toaletten var bra - The hotel was absolutely great. Being a student, I first looked for cheap hostels, but then came across Hotel Demo for only £2 more per night. It was in a good location and everyone there was helpful. The place was also very clean, and the added breakfast was a treat.   The staff was very warm and kind. My first night, I came back to my room in the evening and it smelled like smoke. Likely because a neighbor was illicitly smoking. The manager felt bad about that and couldn't move my room that night but did so the next morning. He also upgraded my room as compensation. Very nice breakfast and food. Very close to Milano center via metropolitana. Very easy to come from airport Bergamo in case you rent the car. Last time I was here with family and we appreciated also very close green park where we passed nice walking with our small daughter.

  I do not agree with any of the negative reviews on this absolutely magnificent hotel. You get what you pay for and maybe even more. The room was spacious, clean and very bright. The furniture is not the most fashionable in the world but it's a hotel you need to rest in, not have any parties nor anything. The breakfast was very satisfying, lots of quality products, freshly baked and delicious cakes, fresh fruit and a great variety o - Excellent location, beautiful building with wonderful quadrangles within each of the two parts, comfortable rooms. We disagreed about the bizarre paintings on the marble floors, I thought they spoil the effect, while my friend has found them acceptable.
