Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast room was renovated very nicely.

One very minor point: the chairs in the breakfast room could use gliders under their legs. There is an unpleasant noise when the chairs are being pushed around.

The location of the hotel was excellent! Right next to a metro station but also, within easy walking distance of the city centre. Also a number of good restaurants in the area. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, compact and perfectly formed. All mod cons, good continental breakfast and the spa is now open!

Quality hotel for a reasonable price. Surprisingly good restaurant (try it!).

Good location, very close to the subway station. Nice breakfast. Spacious and clean room.

The door of my room didn't auto-lock. But a staff immediately came on my call and tell me what to do.

Location was excellent - just a 10 minute walk to central piazza area. Breakfast was excellent - full hot and cold buffet.

Air conditioning was there but not turned on til summer, however we could not leave our window open as we faced the main street and the noise was too much. Otherwise this was a very nice hotel.

I asked the staff to take care of my luggage during the day when I attend a meeting (this was after I checked out) what they did in a very service minded and kindly way.The location of the hotel is excellent

It is very clean and close to the metro. The staff was very helpfuland friendly.

The walls are very thin. You can hear other people talk andunderstand what they say, I had the tv on not too loud yet got acomplaint from next door..I Stay in hotels weekly but never had thismuch noise. The bathroom was very small to what I am used to too.Internet was not working.

Location, staff proffeshionality and service

Breakfast is rather poor, with biscuits in plastic packing. Normally from a 4star hotel you would expect a better choice on the breakfast. The room given to me was rather small.

the underground passes near the hotel and from 7 am till 1 pm (!) you feel the trembling when a train passes.

location was good. Interior design is nice.

when I got there I got the smallest room I've ever seen - about the size of their (generous) elevator. fortunately they were nice and agreed to change it for a bigger one, but it was still quite small.

nice breakfast easy access to the subway

The only complaint I had was that the TV didn't have any English channels and when I reported nothing happened and I had to ask again for it to be changed. This meant that I had another night without Tv as I do not speak Italian. The other complain was that the safe battery was low so I was not able to use it. I also thought that the rate was high considering the size of the room I was given.

The hotel was very good located and close to all the central parts of milano.

The staff was not very friendly and the room had an aqward smell coming from the bathroom.

Staff do not seem to know what they are doing and do not make any excuses for it. Car parking info is wrong! If you find a space on the street close to hotel, keep it(!) and make sure you buy enough one-hour parking vouchers from nearby news-stand. During the night parking is free.

From a room at this hotel was stolen jewels. The hotel did not have nothing helped, they said to contact the police. I traveled to different countries. This is the first hotel where theft is thriving.
