Charming Hotel with friendly and attentive staff . Well located and comfortable. Design created a calm and pleasant atmosphere throughout. Our Room was especially nice and relaxing.

Availability of a lounge to relax in other than the bar would have been nice but by no means a major issue especially on a short stay.

Good location, it takes about 7 minets by walk to fashion district and Duomo. Very interesting desing of the hotel and rooms. Staff is frendly and ready to help you anytime. My room view was on inner yard, and that was raelly nice - confortabl, quiet, whis beautiful sounds of piano from lobby.

Very quirky style but comfortable.. God location a 10 minute walk from the Duomo.

As a guest of the hotel expected to pay an additional 30 euros a day to be able to use the swimming pool and spa facilities. Restuarant food was certainly not 5 star but very expensive.

As soon as we arrived we felt very welcome and comfortable. Room was stunningly appointed. Staff was especially friendly and helpful, though they should learn how the bikeshare system works so they can assist tourists (yes, me) who would like to use the system, but are having difficulty navigating the setup.

The location was just on the fringe of being too far from the center (Duomo) and Brera neighborhoods. There was a little too much graffiti on the buildings for my comfort level. Being that it was August, and very quiet, it was probably more noticeable than at other times of the year.

I loved this hotel! I would definitely go there again and again. Truly a 5 star hotel. The place is super clean, luxurious, the design of the rooms and the complimenting accessories are so so beautiful. A spacious luxurious bathroom. A 10 minute walk to the beautiful center, and a 15 minute walk to corso Buenos Aires.

The price for the garage was extremely high. Also beware of room service, very expensive.

Hotel location is great, just a 10min walk from the Duomo. Design and interior of the hotel and rooms are amazingly chic. Staff (though few of them) went the extra mile everytime I had a request or asked for a recommendation. Excellent hotel, great staff, definitely recommend it for a young or mature couple looking for exploring Milan in class

Room doors are heavy and when they close, they cause quite a noise!

Wow what a beautiful hotel was not expecting the luxury. Was part of a group of 4 couples we all had individual room design, staff amazingly friendly, décor fantastic, within walking distance of great shopping. A special mention for Arnel who took care of all our luggage on arrival and departure. Lovely happy disposition and always smiling. Thank you Chateau for a lovely stay we hope to return. Milan is a beautiful city.

I honestly didnt expect such warm welcome , the staff was more than helpful in giving us directions for the best shopping areas with excellent english , and they spolied us thu out our stay carrying even our shopping bags the minute we step in the hotel, I would strongly recommed it for every1 yo stay in and surely i'll be coming again

the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower print in bed & wall .....for sure i strongly recommended ...its just the best ..specail thanks for all reception team ...Dana from Qatar

The entire stay was perfect.. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room we had was beautiful and so luxurious. The spa was delightful and spotlessly clean. Perfect location just a 5 minute walk from the centre of town. When I return to Milan this will definitely be where I stay again... Can't rate it highly enough!

What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each. Toilet was big and had all the amenities necessary. There was the rainshower facility and the water was hot and good. Fresh clean towels were provided too! The porters were very helpful in the luggage and offering us umbrellas as it was raining. Reception was helpful too with directions and helping us with bookings within Milan. Location was a bit far from the nearest Metro but the bus stop is just located right outside the hotel and bus 61 brought us to wherever we wanted to! An amazing stay. Definitely recommended if you have the budget.

Location is a little far from the nearest Metro (15-20 mins walk) especially when you arrive with large and heavy luggage. Travelling by bus (54 or 61) or tram (9) is advisable as it stops just outside the hotel.

This was my first trip to Milan and I am so glad I have chosen Chateau Monfort! It is located in the heart of the city, 15 minutes walk to Duomo. The building, design of the hotel and the service is absolutely brilliant. This is something so different from any other "standard hotel"-type that makes you enjoy. I got a suite on the last floor which was excellent - with opening moon-roof and bath. Enjoyed every minute of being in this hotel and will definitely be back! Also - don't miss a chance to listen to live music in the bar in the evenings - the ambiance is fantastic.

The size of the room was very tiny. If it was bigger it will make a huge different. The location of the hotel is far from the centre of the city (doumo piazza)

Bedroom was congested. Not that room was small but furniture laid out badly. The problem with non working Television not attended to whilst out for 12 hours. Ended moving room at midnight. Not what would be expected from a 5 star hotel. As a guest paying good money would expect to get use of Spa - amazed when asked for 30 Euros a head. All extras so expensive - did not use any of these facilities.
