Excellent hospitality - Mauro, the hotel owner, has given us a very warm welcome, and he is very helpful and friendly. He makes his best to ensure a perfect vacation.   Nice hotel. We had an amazing view. It's old, it's Italian, don't have the highest expectations. AC didn't get cool in our room, but it's was around 75F so not too bad. Parking is really minimal. I drive and SUV, parked it on the ramp and left the keys. The hotel staff moved around the vehicle and parked it.   The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views. They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing. We got the ... vad folk säger » bus from the airport which solved the parking problem, and was easy to use. Bus station is about 15 mins downhill on the way home though we did get a - The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

  The staff were fantastic, the waiters and on reception. Nothing was toomuch trouble and we were helped with car rental, taxis etc. Every nowand then we'd get a surprise left in our room which was serviced daily.This ranged from a chocolate on the pillow to a bowl of cherries!   Great location, in a walking distance from the town centre, close to hundreds of restaurants and with a stunning view to the sea and the Etna. Very close to the cable car too. Ideal really.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Antonio on reception who arranged car hire and airport transfers for us. Nothing was a problem for him. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a view of the beach and isola bella. Great selection for breakfast and reasonably priced snack menu. Thumbs up - The staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed only one night but the were happy for us to leave our car in their garage on the day we were leaving until 5pm so that we had time both to go to the beach in the morning and then to take the cable car to Taormina and have a good look around. The pool and roof terrace are great with fantastic views, likewise the restaurant/bar. If I was to go again I would definately stay for longer.

  We adored this hotel. It's beautifully decorated with antiques etc. The location is perfect for the old part of Taormina and they run bus transfers to a couple of beaches for €8 and €10. If you arrive by bus and are unfamiliar with Taormina we recommend getting a cab to the hotel as it would be difficult to find initially. In fact as soon as we would arrive in reception they would leave whatever work they wer - Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - a very pretty, small and intimate hotel. It had a very nice terrace area for relaxing in the heat of the afternoon and our room had its own private terrace too. Breakfast was extremely good, with lots of choice and some local specialities which we liked very much. Quiet, but convenient for the centre of Taormina.

  staff friendliness - We were assigned a room with a nice shared balcony and a stunning sea view. The ladies at the reception desk were very nice and helpful.

  The staff was wonderful - fun and kind and helpful. We were given fresh squeezed orange juice when we arrived, and even though we were quite late arriving they were helpful with where to park our car and how to get into the main section of Taormina. We only stayed one night, but I hope to come back someday and stay longer, I en - Very nice hotel with good location: city center 5 min walk; 3 min walk to the cable way or you can go to the beach by walk as well (15 min) experiencing beautiful views of Isola Bella. The stuff was extra friendly, hospitable and informative. Nice, clean room with a balcony with a bit view at the sea, very very tasty breakfast. Free parking nearby. We hope to go back to beautiful Taormina one day and we will definitely chose Natalina again and also recommend it to everybody!
