  1. Friendly staff - the staff are friendly, gave us a warm welcome and especially waiting for us to check-in at 5pm (normal check-in time from 12pm to 2pm). Staff are polite and willing to provide information and help. 2. Clean and modern - The room was modern, beddings are clean, toilet was fully equipped and newly decorated. 3. Breakfas... vad folk säger » t - Breakfast was nice, with bread, cheese, ham, toast, coffee abd cakes, of course, it's not a buffet but it's much better than the one in the Floren - We loved everything about Urban Chic House. The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

  Utsikten - Great views from the apartment. The owner went out of his way to help us with getting to the station and picking up some provisions, as well as organising the apartment so we had a cot bed and laundry facilities.   The location is good if you travel with a car because it's the ideal place to stop and then continue to Cinque terre the next day. The room was clean and overall ok; it also had a little kitchen.   Our place to stay before heading to the 5 terres. Very nice and warm welcome, even though we arrived later than expected! We got all the information needed e.g. city, food, parking, travelling to the 5 terres + free parking...even shopping! The room was recently renovated, spacious with a big bathroom, everything very clean! And more than enough ... vad folk säger » towels :)! The pictures didn't lie!!! Even though there is no private parking, there are parking areas close by if you don't arrive late (free parking - Awsome! This guest house was very nice, the room and the bathroom are beautiful and very clean. The view is nice, you see a garden with beautiful flowers. The guest house is located just near the center and the port. Perfect location. We were perfectly welcomed even if we arrived after the check in hours. (2 to 4 pm)

  Bra läge- centralt - The staff graciously allowed a transfer to a room with more quiet and larger bathroom for small price increase. Breakfast service and view during breakfast very nice. Very attentive staff people at breakfast. Pleasantly surprised that the train was not a noise factor, just the normal Italian neighbors. Nice restaurant acros... vad folk säger » s the street. The bar area is also well appointed and relaxing. - Luxurious hotel just in front of the train station. We appreciated the location as we had heavy bags and didn't fancy lugging our bags around.   The staff was super helpful and accommodating. There was an issue with our room and Paolo contacted us immediately to say he had arranged for us to stay at one of the connected B&Bs. When we extended our stay in La Spezia he was able to help us out despite the fact that his accommodation was fully booked.   Lovely rooms and breakfast, one of the nicest places we've stayed even though the area looked run down. Near 2 fantastic restaurants that had wonderful food at great prices. - - Very friendly and helpful personnel. - Clean space in a quiet area. - Free parking.
