  We were met at the door by a member of staff who was extremely friendly and helpful with good information about Lucca. Later we had an issue with a door handle which was dealt with promptly. The beds were very comfortable and location was not far from piazza where buses arrive from Pisa airport. - Helpful and friendly staff. Amazing location in ... vad folk säger » Lucca.   We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cheli! Our room had direct access to the front balcony and for two days we felt we had our own private Villa in Italy! In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli! We had a minor problem in our bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything was taken care of.   We were in one of the apartments. The location is amazing. From the lounge/dining area you look out over the Piazza and can enjoy the buzz. There are some pretty good restaurants around, one of which at least does take away (none of them has a view like the apartment). The fittings are basic rather than luxury, but perfectly OK and very clean. Erica an - The location. It is simply stunning. The piazza is a really buzzy place. There are good restaurants all around the area; great home made pasta to bring back. Eating in is a delight, as the apartment has a better view than any restaurant. The facilities are fine. It's very clean, there are oodles of towels and the hot water is hot. What more do you want? 5 star hotel it isn't, but value for money it is exceptional.   The lovely villa is set in the peaceful countryside,the only sound you hear at night is the clock town from the nearby village church. The owners are friendly and courteous and always willing to help with directions and any other questions you may have.   This is a small apartment block with 10 apartments. It has a small pooland area for relaxing beside the pool. The apartment itself wasexcellent for me and my wife and son.   This had a great location inside the walls of Lucca! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of five (with an extra cot requested). It's the only apartment we've rented where they leave a bottle of wine at arrival for you! Such an easy walk to everything fun, comfortable sleeping, great place... vad folk säger » to stay! We would definitely come back and wish we could have stayed longer! - Perfect, quiet location next to the piazza Napoleone. The staff gave excellent advice about parking options and even booked the parking garage for us, good service! Casa Paolina is like having your own appartment in Lucca. Big appartments, so and ideal place to go with groups of 4-6 people.Please be aware of opening times reception: 10am till 1 pm and 3pm till 6 pm. No breakfast, but many nice bars around.
