  We were met at the door by a member of staff who was extremely friendly and helpful with good information about Lucca. Later we had an issue with a door handle which was dealt with promptly. The beds were very comfortable and location was not far from piazza where buses arrive from Pisa airport. - Helpful and friendly staff. Amazing location in ... vad folk säger » Lucca.   We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cheli! Our room had direct access to the front balcony and for two days we felt we had our own private Villa in Italy! In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli! The location is beautiful, the restaurant food is excellent, and the service is outstanding! We had a minor problem in our bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything was taken care of. Absolutely great service and value for your money.

In fact they couldn't do enough for us - lending us bikes, and generally doing all they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.   Nice, clean, great staff and the free bikes were a big positive allowing us to ride to and around the walls and town of Lucca very easily. - Room beautifully designed and breakfast was great. Loved that we had the use of bikes for Lucca which is very bike friendly.
