The room was tastefully done and the people are great. The garbagetrucks may wake you up in the morning so be sure to close the blinds. - It was a lovely room, very big. Shared bathroom was good and they provided soap shampoo and towels.

The location, right outside the city walls of Lucca was ideal. The B&B was beautiful, the rooms were immaculate, parking was secure, the backyard was large and a great place to sit with your breakfast or for the kids to run around. The owner Giulia was AMAZING she even baked me gluten free rolls for breakfast as I have a gluten allergy. She was incredibly helpful in recommending a restaurant which was fantastic. She is friendly and runs a very romantic little place which is exceptionally clean. The breakfast was like a 5 star spread. I HIGHLY recommend this B & B . Thanks Giulia you are Fantastic.

Hotellets läge + möjlighet att parkera - Everything! This is our fourth stay at Palazzo Alexander and it is my favorite place to stay in Italy. The staff are very warm and helpful, the decor is beautiful, the location inside the walled city is perfect and it is the best value for the money that we have experienced after living in Italy for 3 years.

The room was very nice. The staff greeted us with a welcome and were very friendly. They made our stay so nice. The location was just a very short drive to Lucca.
