  The staff were very helpful when I arrived late and they ordered me a meal from outside and brought it to mey room. They helped me with emails and general information about local sights and transport. A very nice hotel and near to the station which was very convenient - Perfect location for the station and old city.   The Istituto is very clean and the room is well-appointed. The building itself is historic and lovely. I had a last-minute problem when my outbound flight was cancelled and the staff was very helpful and gracious.
