  The room was fantastic and the staff were friendly and very helpful - Rooms should be re-fresh to maintain the 5 stars ! Rooms in front of themain station are too nuisy !

  Trevlig personal, bra service (bla behövde vi en korskruv till en vinflaska vi hade köpt under dagen. Jag ringde ner till receptionen och det gick inte mer än 3 minuter så kom någon och hjälpte oss med att öppna flaskan.) Personalen arbetade med ett leende och sen servicevilja mestadels.   We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night. When we arrived Rome at 6:45 amand walked about 15 minutes and found the hotel. The sign at the door says we need to phone for the check in.   Amazing place . Excellent location 3 min walk from the Coliseum and 5 minutes walk from the Metro .
