  The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 10' walk away from Termini and 70m away from the nearest metro station. The rooms were small but really very clean and we had a daily room cleaning. As for the breakfast we went to a nearby Snack Bar and we had coffee,tea,juice, yogurt and croissants.   Excellent choice if you're on a budget as we were. Really good value for money and lovely staff. Convenient location close to Colosseum (not the most picturesque part of Rome but certainly handy for the metro & getting to other areas). Large, clean and comfortable room, if a little basic. Handy fridge in room which was useful as breakfast only... vad folk säger » consisted of a coffee and a croissant - but hey ho, what do you expect for only 40 euros per night for 2 guests?!! EXCELLENT and very cheap restauran - We enjoyed the welcoming person, Luna, very nice and friendly. The room was very clean, warm and the building was very silent and vintage, with a fantastic "patium" and ancient elevator. Very good location, nearby a metro station and if you choose to walk, 10mts from Termini. So, we suggest this place and next time we go to Rome we will try reservation first at Dandi Dhomus.   First would be value for money. Though we went during off season (Late NOV). The rate was great for us. Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule.   What an amazing hotel! Very friendly owner who was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the area was a little rough around the edges, it was always pretty busy and as 2 girls travelling together, always felt safe. Also, there is a huge door on the street which once you were inside made you feel extra secure, so would recommend highly to any females... vad folk säger » travelling either alone or as a group. Really comfortable beds, we had the best view of outside as we were on the corner. Excellent aircon which was - Although it is said that this part of Rome is not so safe, the location of the hotel was perfect. Not for one moment we felt unsafe. It's a 15 minute walk to the ancient centre of Rome and Termini station. Metro station, right under the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean room. Good typical Italian breakfast, deliverd to your room.

  We took a budget room for 3 nights. good value for money hotel. manager of the hotel told and marked on the map where you can and should go to the city (attractions, shops, restaurants, subway ...). the hotel has a map of the city. room was clean, the carpet in the hallway, it was nice to walk barefoot. fresh bedding and fresh towels, a safe is in... vad folk säger » the room, air conditioning have night mode. We were very pleased. - In side the hotel the room was comfortable and warm. The location of the hotel was very central and you can visit a lot of monuments on foot. The manager of the hotel gave a lot of information about the city.

  The room was big, a lot of space, high ceilings, stylish design, big bathroom and shower (comparing with budget single rooms in hotels), a lot of space where to put your stuff. Great ancient building - you feel like you really live in Rome (also because it's not like a hotel and you just have your keys and being independent). Close to metro and Termini statio - Good location, just 10 mins from the Colosseo. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The a/c worked perfectly.
