  Its location is in the heart of Rome which allows you to access most of major events on foot. Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori is just 5 min walk. Even Vatican is only 15 min away. Thats a great advantage especially if you go to Rome during hot summer time. You may come back to your room in noon time and refresh yourshelf for the afternoon visits. By using the 3 keys (Building gate, s - Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

  Jättetrevlig personal - speciellt Elena som var mycket hjälpsam. - Me and m husband really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Belli. We would recommend it! - I stayed there over Christmas two years ago and liked it very much, that's why I returned. A nice, friendly, comfy and clean place in the most cosy part of Rome.   The choice to book the Town House for our stay in Rome was the best we could do. Antonella was a great hostess and gave us a lot of insider-information you would not find in a guide. The district where the Town House lays, is a silent part of Rome with nice restaurants round the corner. The room was absolutely tidy, you would not find the tiniest dust particle somewhere, the bed very comfortable, the atmosphere - Antonella is an wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay in Rome was a pleasant one.   I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Room was perfect, with a good bed and bathroom, big TV and nice balcony. Everything was cleaned daily. Roberto, the owner and his daughter and son are very friendly and helpful. Will recommend - Roberto, the landlord, is a very friendly and a helpful man. He makes you feel comfortable just like being at home. The location is ideal and safe to discover the trastevere district (many bars, restaurants...lively place at night). The hotel is very clean, bedroom service was very good.

  We liked the location being close to the Vatican, close to the bus, metro and taxi stations. The staff is very cordial, professional and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The roof garden terrace is great for breakfast, aperitifs, with a view which is unique in Rome. There are lemon trees, olive trees, kumquat trees, lavende... vad folk säger » r bushes, Bougainville bushes, and other lovely flowers. We strangely recommend the hotel as world travelers. - I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.

  The hotel was conveniently located between the Piazza del Popolo and the Vatican (a 10 minute walk to both) and from the Piazza you can continue through to the shopping areas and Spanish steps.
