  The room was perfect. Modern, comfortable like our own mini apartment in Rome. Vey clean. The bed was excellent. Theres no noise what so ever and where the hotel location is execelent. I was really pleased with everything. I highly recomend this hotel. - Staff was very kindly, location was excellent and room was very comfortable

  Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no extra cost. Best of all were the hosts, Marco and Emiliano. The - The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time. Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety box

  The hotel was located central to all the sights of Rome that we were interested in visiting: Spanish steps, Palantine Hill, Colosseum, etc. There was a never ending source of restaurants, cafes, shops around the hotel. We were a five-minute walk to the Metro which made it convenient for us to get to with all our luggage. The decor was very rustic and the furniture was dark - We loved this little hotel - the bathroom was large (for European standards). All of the employees we dealt with where quite friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit - the Vatican, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps.

  Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner. Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living. Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot - Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

  Just about everything. Extremely helpful staff, especially Kasia, who seemed to be in the reception whenever we needed help - tour bus, taxis, restaurants, etc..   Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Rooms were comfortable and cool which was much appreciated in the summer heat.   We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern.
