Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.
Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living.

Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

The staff here were exceptional! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. Our room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning performed very well and kept our room at a nice temperature during a week of 35> degree Celsius days. Breakfast was plentiful and we particularly liked that we could see the Pantheon if we sat out on the balcony. That's the other thing about this place, the location could not be more perfect. The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

We loved the excellent, super friendly helpful staff. The apartment we stayed in was huge! -3 levels! The main bedroom upstairs was very spacious with a large ensuite. Our family all had ample, comfortable space to relax in a clean, fresh modern design. The location of Dolce Vita is perfect! You are right near the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps! There are many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby. Taxis and buses very close too. The apartment was roomy enough for the 4 of us and although the kitchen facilities were fairly basic it was fine for our 5 day stay.

Perfect for a family with young children. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for breakfast in our apartment. The apartment was very modern and updated but still charming. Staff was the highlight - super recommendations for tours and restaurants; very helpful - told us exactly the fare to pay for the taxi; extremely accommodating when we arrived at midnight after a late flight - we will definitely return!
