  Mrs. Elza was so nice to us at check-in! She allowed us to check in early, at 10:00 and have us a handy map of the city, as well as tips. She also helped us to get a taxi to the airport at check-out. She was very helpful, friendly and sweet. The room was very spacious for European standards. It was very clean too.   We had a wonderful stay at Biancorèroma B&B. The rooms are beautiful in a very nice and clean apartment right infront of Santa Maria Maggiore. The place just opened recently so everything is very new. The hosts are terribly nice and very helpful. They even got me a birthday present!! I is not usual at all for Rome to stay at a place like this for this Money - Everything was more than good: great location, hospitable staffs, clean room and huge room space! Beside all these, my wallet was stolen while I was in Rome, and the staff paid for my bus fee to let me be able to go back home, without asking anything in return (anybody who see this please don't take it wrongly and fake as you lost your wallet if you ever stay there ), I'm more than thankful for that act of kindness.

  We absolutely LOVED House Monti!! In fact, on an 8 month trip around the world this is one of my top rooms! Located right in the heart of Rome - literally 5min walk or less from the Colosseum and so close to everything else it was perfect - we walked everywhere! Though if you need the Metro is right there. The rooms were spotless - beaitifully decorated and such a comfy bed and was mad - It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Comfortable beds and alot of space. We were in the suite so we also hade a fridge and a little pentry. Good cleaning eve

  All considered, the place was terrific. My girlfriend and I got there late and it was dark out (11:30pm). Conveniently near Roma Termini train station, even with all our luggage it was not a problem getting there on foot [with help such as map or person] quickly. Arriving, the staff was very helpful with one person doing our paperwork and the o... vad folk säger » ther marking a map and telling us about places to visit/eat/nightlife/transport/etc. Walking wasn't an issue for us - about 20min to much of Central - The night person at the front desk was fantastic. He helped us get everywhere we wanted to go in Rome with detailed bus and Metro instructions and hand drawn maps. Our room was quiet and secluded off of a lovely courtyard with plants and a fish pond. Three locked doors between the street and our room made us feel secure. Close to so many things!!! Our breakfast was perfect with yogurt, pastries and great coffee. Ham and cheese also available. Many low cost food options nearby.
