  at first there was a missunderstanding for our reservation but eventually everything were ok and we had an upgrated room. - Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service!

  We had some difficulties with our booking due to unclear communication with bookings.com but the hotel staff, in particular Claudio was fantastic and sorted it out for us very pleasantly and efficiently.   First impression on entering our room was "WOW". The room and bathroom were spacious and extremely clean with edgy modern pleasing décor. We loved the double sinks, walk-in shower with wand and overhead shower heads. Lighting and AC were also modern allowing you to shape the environment to your mood. WiFi worked extremely well. After a busy day seeing the sites it was great to get away from the crowds and yet the Spanish Steps and Via Veneto were only minutes away. The staff were accommodating and friendly and there were lots of good restaurants close by. The room was spacious and modern in an old building.

  The Hotel Eden is located in the heart of Rome, but out of the way of the fray and traffic. Near the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, great restaurants and shopping are nearby. The concierge staff responded to every request, before we arrived and during our stay. We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful. To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders. The one star Michelin is really well deserved.
