The receptionists were really friendly and gave great advice, the environment we were in - the pretty gardens and the lovely hotel room were really welcoming and comfortable, the price for our stay was reasonable and the hotel was incredibly central.   Excellent location, very convenient commute from/ to airport by bus, or rail, as it's close to Termini hub.   Brand new hotel, very well designed, and with a great atmosphere. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with a nice variety of options, accompanied by excellent coffee. Location is great- less than 5 minutes walk to Termini central station, from which you can take the metro, bus or train to practically anywhere in Rome.
