  This is extremely well located just off the famous Piazza di Spagna and surrounded by luxury designer stores. It is a great budget option for the location, as most of the other hotels around there are far more expensive. Walking distance from all major sights. Staff spoke all languages and was well trained and super friendly . Rooms and beds were amazingly clean and comfortable.   This has a light breakfast included, decent size rooms but that's pretty much it regarding facilities. Stefano, was amazingly helpful and spoke excellent English. He offered a wonderful suggestion for a reasonable traditional Italian restaurant. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (including the cleaners, breakfast staff and the front desk, which provided really good dinner recommendations 3 nights in a row). Our room for 4 was in a loft-style room so I loved the extra space!

  A good town house hotel in a great location. Ask for a suite overlooking the Pantheon so that you can saviour the atmosphere in the square particularly at night. Breakfast was good, there is a computer with printer in the lounge for guest use - ideal for booking trips and printing boarding passes. All sights are walkable from this central location. A tip for - We stayed at the Pantheon Royal Suite this past February. It was very clean, and a great hotel for a family of 4. They provided us with plenty of towels daily and the mini bar items were free!! We found the room very spacious and had a beautiful view of the Pantheon piazza down below. The location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and took a cab only to the Vatican. Cabs are very convenient as they are always parked on the street of the piazza. As they say location is everything
