  The B&B is located in the very heart of historic Rome, and it is a precious asset. The room was big enough, clean, with a/c, a safe box and a refrigerator. The restroom was very modern with a shower cabin and a bidet. The breakfast was very copious by Rome's standards. Yes, the croissant was packed, but in addition to coffee we also had a yogu... vad folk säger » rt, orange juice, cookies and jam. The lady serving breakfast was very attentive. Also, we arrived 10 minutes to midnight, and a staff member waited f - Amazing location and very comfortable rooms with amazing showers. My first night I stayed in one of the rooms with no windows and though this may seem unpleasant for some, I found it great as my room was comfortable, quiet and dark making it perfect for sleeping. The next three nights I spent in the room at the front of the building with a big window you could open so it was nice and lighter but noisier due to the busy street below.   The beautiful design and attention to detail added to the overall experience. The facilities are excellent including a huge, fabulous shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and despite being on a busy pedestrian shopping street it was very quiet at night. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful. The room was very clean and with a really Nice design... The breakfast was inside the room, and it was good. The owner of the hotel is very Nice and polite, and offerd to book restaurants and museums.   Trevlig personal - The location is unbeatable ... near the base of the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of all tourist areas. The staff was incredibly helpful as well. The contintental breakfast was much more than just a roll and juice ... very filling and good.   It was great location , 3 minutes to the famous shopping street and Spanish steps. All the attractions is in 10 minutes walking distance.   We loved this hotel! Stayed in the large suite which was beautiful and fitted out to a very high standard. Especially liked the glitterball above the shower! Service fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. - It is very comfortable room and the hotel location is excellent.
