I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming,
hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was
clean, the bed fine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Wifi good and
fast and even reached to my room, despite no suggestion that it would.

Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting
us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near
the b & B. Rooms were all beautiful, Irene has beautiful taste. The

We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :)
We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.
And last but not least, the location was perfect, with a beautiful view over the Piazza Vittorio Emanuelle II. Oh, and the breakfast was delicio

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. It is really nice place to stay...it is a walking distance (aprox. 10 mins) both to the train station and to the airport. You can easily reach the city center by bus or by bike. The owner may give you free bikes depending of the availability.
The owner is very friendly and maintain really clean the place all the time (at least I saw her cleaning the place 3 times the day we were there).

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink. The location was perfect! Close to the tower, bus right out front front that takes you to the train station and airport. Breakfast was yummy-kids loved the sandwiches and I loved the cakes and coffee! Room was great for a family of 4 with a balcony to enjoy in the morning and evening! The hotel is extremely close to the airport so we've got there really easily by walking in about 7-9 min with the sleepy kids and the luggages for our early morning flight. Very good location for someone arriving with a late flight at Pisa airport. The stuff of B&B Gate 52 was very helpful. The hotel is clean. Facilities are good. The best thing is location. It's quite handy in a short walking distance from the airport. We arrived in a rainy day so we had to take the bus from the airport to the hotel and there was bus stops near the hotel. Besides, it takes about 12 minutes walk to the central train station.
