Some of the staff was extremely helpful if not able to communicate well. The breakfast was appealing the breakfast room was cheerful and well attended the room was clean and efficient if not luxury. The evening attendant the day I arrived was far from helpful grudging answered my question s and hardly spoke English -

Large, clean room with shower and sink. Toilet was on the corridor, but we had no problems using it. Everything is really clean, the staff is friendly. Nice breakfast, not much but a good start for the day. The hotel is really close to the train station Pisa Centrale, this being the most important aspect for us.

The hotel was very close to the main sights of Pisa (Leaning Tower was a 10 minute walk away). We also walked from the hotel to Pisa Central station - the whole of Pisa is in walking distance.
The room was big and airy. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean.

Hotel Pisa Tower has only been open for a few months, but I can not recommend it enough. I believe there are only a dozen rooms so you get great service from the staff. Fabio (owner) was on-site the entire time we were there and he was wonderful. The rooms are well decorated, spacious, with comfortable beds. The guy behind the desk when I checked in (and who was still there when I checked out the next morning) was fabulous. He was super helpful and courteous and gave great recommendations on places to eat. Fantastic location with the leaning tower right in front of the window and in 200m walking distance. Very nice older hotel (therefore not the most modern outfit) with big rooms, comfy beds and nice old furniture. Bathroom was updated and perfectly servicable. Very good breakfast with great service and good buffet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is right in front of the hotel.
