  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet. Go explore:) - The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6. Also it was only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. Not the most stylish of places but it was clean and spacious.

  Staff is very nice, friendly, eager to help and go extra step-and-mile. They are all fluent in English Whenever I would stop at the lobby and ask for a cup of coffee or tea they never said "no". The room was awsome - looked like a converted one-bedroom with big sitting area, huge bedroom, big bathroom with a bath-tub I am still wondering wheth... vad folk säger » er I ended up in the "suite" instead of my reserved "standard" room :) It even had a kitchenette Second floor with a balcony facing a narrow canal - w - The location is good. Take waterbus line 1 (towards Lido) or line 2 (towards S Marco) and get off at Accademia. Cross the bridge n pass the museum you will find a little bridge next to a cafe. You will see the signboard of Casa Arte.

  Staff were friendly and welcoming, Andrea gave us really helpful advice on places to visit, transport, and where to eat which enabled us to get the most from our short one night stay in Venice. Rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable and characterful. Breakfast is quite basic, but fine and included fresh rolls and croissants. There is a vaporetta stop within 5 mins walk and it is just 20 mins walk to Sa - helpful and friendly staff who made sure he explained everything about the city and how we could get to a designer outlet we asked for (Noventa di Piave). clean room, simple breakfast - croissant was very nice. There's an authentic coffee shop across the road with an amazing Venetian coffee at Eur1.20! I couldn't believe my eyes. Quite a local neighbourhood, so you can get a sense of where local Venetians go if you get up early in the morning for a walk!

  The hotel made us feel welcome even before we arrived by sending us an email giving us directions and general information. Once we did arrive the staff were very polite and friendly and we were pleased to find the the hotel was ideally located close to St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge and Academy. Ca'Fortuny is also very close to several restaurants and shops - an ideal location! - Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

  The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods. Lots of food/wine shops nearby - pastries, cheese meats, coffee, fish, vegetables. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean.
