  Underbart hotell med utmärkt läge - The location was excellent, out of the busy area, a beautiful walk to and from the hotel to San Marco (15mins approx) with the best view of Venice that so many people will not get to see.   The apartment is like new. Lovely rooms and courtyard. Staff was very helpful and immediately responsive to our needs. They were very professional and kind. We all truly enjoyed our stay.   Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby.
