  Underbart hotell med utmärkt läge - The location was excellent, out of the busy area, a beautiful walk to and from the hotel to San Marco (15mins approx) with the best view of Venice that so many people will not get to see.   We had the room with a balcony over looking the canal. Nice to watch the boats, gondolas coming and going. We got a water taxi in front of train station and it took us right to hotel door.   the hotel was just a 5 min walk from Piazza san marco , a bit difficult to find but won't get you more than 10 mins the 1st time to find it .
