  Very good location, only 20 minutes away with the vaporetto(waterbus) from the San Marco Piaza.Eaven at night a vaporetto is avaible. So you dont have the bustle of downtown.   Hotellet är en vacker liten pärla med fin atmosfär. Bra rum (vi bodde Ifyrbäddsrum som visade sig vara två rum, en dubbelsäng I det ena och tvåenkelsängar I det andra). It is on the Island of Lito about 20 boat ride from the Grand Canal. It was nice to get away from the tourist area of Venice. Boat taxis are so easy. - The friendliness and helpfulness of thestaff as well as the cleanliness of the facilities were outstanding. The decor of the hotel was very notable. The whole experience was marvelous.

  The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs. The price was excellent for the location.

  After a busy day of crowded sightseeing in Venice, it was wonderful to retreat to a quiet, nicely-appointed, comfortable room in a community where families actually live. We enjoyed strolling the streets at night sampling the local restaurants.   The hotel is centrally located on Lido Island. The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Breakfast was served in a bright room and was what you expect (meats cheeses, rolls, coffee...). The hotel is located just off main street that has lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is great for shell collecting! Overall a nice quiet place to stay away from the crowds of V - The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. They kindly provided useful information and tips for touring Venice. The room was clean and quiet, it was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The air-condition was adequate. The hotel was located away from the main street. At first, we had some difficulty to find it. But once we found it, it was very easy. We enjoyed our staying.
