Excellent location. Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The best hotel I've been in Italy. No doubt. Loved the hotel, loved the staff, loved our room. It even had a small and unexpected jacuzzi. It was further away then what was promised on bookings.com , not a problem though, since there was a small vaporino shuttle running whenever we need it to - even late at night!! Would stay there again and again.

The hotel is in a quiet area very close to St. Mark's Square. The
reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of
breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of
the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided.
The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel.
The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and
most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily

The location was INCREDIBLE! The room was perfect and even had a roomy balcony. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The desk was manned 24/7 and they were always polite and very helpful with suggestions and questions. It's about 2 minutes walk from the Ducal Palace and the waterbus stop. The owner of this hotel is a very elegant man, who was very helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room itself was not large but had a wonderful veranda that overlooked a canal. The location is a bit tricky but it seemed that everything was hard to find in Venice even with all the signs. - Helpful, friendly staff. Pleasant ambience.

Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!

... vad folk säger » ur checkout process offering to sotre our bags if we needed for a few hours and things like that. - The hotel was in a very good position and was easy to find, our standard double room was a good size and very quiet at night and the the en suite bathroom was stylish and immaculate. All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.
