  We had many problems before we even arrived as B.a cancelled our flight.I had to phone the hotel who were very helpful, cancelling pre-bookedtaxis etc. Once there, the staff were exceptional, cleanlinessbrilliant, it is a lovely hotel - It was central to all places of interest.   I would suggest to any of my friends who do not need a luxury hotel to enjoy themselves to stay here.i only need a clean room with a good hot shower as I was out and about most of the day.we had plenty of hot water,room was very quite,and the beds were actually good for my back! You can walk to everything from here because it's such a central location. There are lots of restaurants and cafes everywhere. The room was nice and quiet at night. We liked the open courtyards with the pretty flowers. We were on the second floor and it was a little hard hauling our luggage up those steps. There was a lift but we didn't see any guests using it, only staff. Otherwise great hotel!

  I have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The best thing is 2 minutes distance from Piazza Navona & to reach Campo Di Fiori, &... vad folk säger » Via del Corso & other things to see closely to this area just by walking few minutes. - The location was perfect, near the piazza Navona and at walking distance from all the major sights in Rome, such as Vatican city and the Trevi fountain. The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.

  We just got back from Rome & spent 10 days at the Hotel Parlamento. We couldn't be happier with our stay. They arranged our pick up & drop off at the airport & welcomed us at the door upon arrival. The rates are excellent & who needs a luxury hotel when you are spending 99% of your time roaming t - I loved the location and the setup of the hotel. a small boutique set away in a building on the 4th floor it gives the feeling of intimacy and personality. with a small balcony and very friendly and welcoming staff i can recomend this for people that like to stay away from the big hotels and are looking for something more intimate. it was nice and clean and well taken care. the simplicity combined with the mediteran style really appealed to me.
