  Allt, inget var fel - We got a room that was bigger than we expected for 145 Euros - it felt like a suite with an anteroom separated from the bedroom with double french doors, a nice comfortable bed, even a bathtub with water jets.   The Jolly Hotel has a lovely modern welcoming reception. The tea/coffeenew [never found it anywhere else] facility at the reception is anexcellent idea for late comers and early risers. Great idea and a mostwecome service. - the view was amazing and the renovated room was absolutely gorgeous!

  Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. You need not leave... vad folk säger » the area, as everything is there. The apartments is big and fits well a family of 5. Cooking facilities are also available. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

We were impressed by the gift basked of breakfast for the next morning as well as home baked biscuits as a welcome. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon.
