  We had some difficulties with our booking due to unclear communication with bookings.com but the hotel staff, in particular Claudio was fantastic and sorted it out for us very pleasantly and efficiently. Excellent and very attentive service. Hotel staff made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in providing information about restaurants and things to see. I requested an early check-in and the hotel was able to acccomodate me. I would definitely stay there again.

  I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were great and the bedswere sooo comfortable. We had been in Italy for a couple weeks and itwas the best place we stayed at!! - The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and the food was fantastic.   I liked the location very well, and the hotel was so elegant It has a amazing garding and restaurant, it's a really matching hotel to the beautiful city of Rome - Wonderful hotel and spa.
