  Att det låg nära centralstationen Termini, dit alla bussar och tåg hade sin destination - Ett litet, trevligt och billigt hotell nära stationen med gångavstånd till många sevärdheter.   Vänligt bemötande, bra rum och skaplig ljudisolering mot den livliga gatan utanför. Helt okej frukost för att vara Italien. - Rummen var rena och fina. Väldigt små dock. Stort badrum istället. Hotellpersonalen var trevlig, flexibel och hjälpsam. Hotellet ligger på 3 våningen (hiss finns) så inget störande buller utifrån. Prisvärdigt hotell.

  Federico the host was very friendly and welcoming. He provided us with an orientation to Rome and gave us some tips for exploring the city which was much appreciated. The pics on this site are very accurate- the place is quite pretty and clean- and my cleanliness standards are high! I am a young woman, and could walk around without my husband even in the eve - It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

  The location is near the train station and the shopping areas, with walking distance to the Colosseum and Forum. The owner is super kind, I spent over 20 days travel around Europe with heavy baggage, only this guy came out and help my wife to bring the luggage upstairs. He did the samething to offer his help to bring down all our luggag - Right from the moment of the initial, the team at Matisse couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Roberto, the owner, was charming. The relaxed atmosphere was welcome after a long day travelling. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood. We will definetly stay here again and highly recommend BB Matisse! Many thank

  Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. The bathroom very clean with toileteries and hair dryer, which was essential as we got under the rain and came soaking wet. Within 30 min walking to piazza na - Myself and my boyfriend stayed at b&b rosmini for 4 nights. Couldn't have asked for better, we loved every minute of our stay. The receptionist kasia was more than helpful with all out queries! Perfect location, situated directly across from the train station so no lugging baggage around the city. Breakfast every morning set us up or the day. Rooms cleaned every morning, the place was spotless. Fab little restaurant outside front door perfect for lunch and dinners. If we ever return to Rome

  Giuseppe (the host) was very friendly and accommodating, we mentioned that it was our honeymoon and he provided us with a bottle of champagne and glasses. He also let us borrow his cork screw for the entire week and helped my wife carry her bag. But it's very convenient if you do. Dozens of nearby restaurants and shops. Th - Very good location, near to railway station but not noisy (very soundproof window) and with underground station, bus stop, nice restaurants and supermakects nearby. We found evything we need around here. The building itself is fantastic too with a traditional elevator. More important, stuff is very friendly and helpfull and he speaks very good English. And the room is clear and spatial and bed is confortable. What can you ask for at such a rate! In a word, it is really a nice place to stay when
