The location is superb on a very quiet street in the heart of Rome near the Spanish Steps with all its wonderful eating places. The hotel has been exquisitely and tastefully decorated and the rooms, though small, hold every comfort. The rooftop terrace was a special favourite for sunsets. Superb breakfast. Entire staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Inn is a Boutique Hotel and functions much like a bed and Breakfast
inn rather than a full service hotel. The Innkeeper goes above and
beyond to help his guests with anything they need, even in My case a
small loan of euros until I could get to a bank. The place is small by
us standards but similar to other rome locations. Its' location is
excellent just a few yards from spagna Square ( Spanish Steps) and close
to dining and shopping. The inn has wonderful relationships with Local
restauran

Great little hotel in the centre of Rome; very handy location, we walked to everything, even over to the Vatican which was only an hour or so. Lots of good restaurants only a couple of minutes away as you head towards the Trevi fountain.

location is perfect, close to metro stop and close to tourist attractions especially fontana di trevi. the room and bathroom is really spacious. the bed and the pillows are super comfortable. the design of the apartment is really modern and unique. they have a single big breakfast table so you can get to know other tenants and make new friends. there is a mirror on the bedroom ceiling, either you will love it or you will hate it, but we liked it.

this was an excellent hotel .the location is good being only ten minutes walk from the main railway station and a few more minutes to the main sites .the room was clean and comfortable breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful .this hotel had 24 hour reception in the main building and I always felt safe in the area .
