  For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.

  although i had read very bad reviews about the hotel, but actually i was surprised on arrival. Nice staff and very helpful, 24 hour reception (guarding the hotel), the room was clean, with small refrigerator and a safe with PIN to save your staffs. the toilet was ok with shower gel and clean towels. There is a supermarket in the Termini, you can buy food and all the things you need. They do cleaning everyday. The boss is very very nice, he talked me about my trip plan and gave me a lot of suggestion. Thank him so much.

  Great location! We were able to walk to almost everywhere. Close to all of the historical sights, food and shopping. If you could not get there by foot, the subway and busses were easily accessible. The staff were absolutely amazing! You felt like you were visiting family.   The staff were excellent, Mario arranged all of our trips and walks around the city which meant that we were able to enjoy our trip more without having to worry. I would definitely stay - The hostel is located near the main train terminal and also close to most attractions. Staff was kind and helpful, specially Mario who created personalized itineraries for each day of our stay and gave great tips. We stayed in a private room, it was comfortable and it had a big enough bathroom. Value for this room was OK since something similar would have been more expensive in any other hotel this close to the city center.

  staff very nice try to help if needed - The major point to stress for this hotel is that it is very quiet-unusual for a big city. We were not even woken up early by traffic. The view over a garden was magnificent. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.
