  Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.

We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality!   We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Catherina walked us to our room in a separate building. She was gracious and friendly and prepared to answer questions we hadn't even thought to ask.   It was only about a 10 minute walk from the Florence train station. Hotel was easy to find & has an elevator to the 3rd floor. We had a large room that did not have any street noise. The rooms are furnished with Ikea type furniture - sort of stark. We had windows that opened. We didn't need heating or cooling when we were there. Staff made reservations for us one night at a local place of sinful gluttony called Il Latini - We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at breakfast room and found Gina with a millefoglie cake and champagne for us both! I would defintely recommend this hotel for anyone. Can´t wait to
