We were contacted in advance and offered various options for a transfer to the hotel from the airport, and chose a private driver who was there and waiting for us.   I liked the location very well, and the hotel was so elegant It has a amazing garding and restaurant, it's a really matching hotel to the beautiful city of Rome - Wonderful hotel and spa.
