  We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. We cannot praise the staff highley enough for all their help and assistance during our stay. - Completely charming place.

  We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our honeymoon. The room was beautiful and very clean although can get very loud at night, must sleep with the window and shutters closed to avoid this.   All of the above and the view from our suite - Our room was very spacious with views of the Arno and the bathroom was lovely with two sinks. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel.

  The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located on a busy, famous square, which was magnificent (and great fun) to overlook, but yet so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was helpful and kind.   The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient. Also it was very convenient to what I wanted to visit. I like music on the street and there was some nearby at night. joani
