We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. We cannot praise the staff highley enough for all their help and assistance during our stay. - Completely charming place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cimabue 9. The B&B is just a five minute walk from the hotel where my husband's conference was being held and is also conveniently located to the city center and major tourist attractions that I came to enjoy. The owner Enrico could not have been nicer!

We really enjoyed our stay, the owner Enrico is such a nice guy, my husband got sick while we are in Florence, he helped us to call the doctor, we also stayed for another 2 hours after the official checkout time just so we are in time to catch the train, and he was all good with that. The place is central located, close to supermarket, laundry, Florence city centre and the river. Room is well equipped, big enough for 2 ppl and clean bathroom. which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is
perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed
(sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to
fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be
limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it
would need to be renewed, but it’s just a detail. All the rest of

The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms
were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet,
comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was
beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in
Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the
breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and
breads. I absolutely would stay there again!
