The place is a bit old, but surprisingly clean and tidy, the owner does not speak english but very nice and always smiling, very close to the termini and all the shops, would recommend this to tight budget travelers. -

Location was great! Only three blocks from the main train station in Rome! A great laundry one block away, restaurants also close by. Our room slept four adult-sized family members in four individual single beds which were comfortable. Very very very very helpfull staff. The explained which places to visit, which buses to get, printed out tickets, spoke english.
Also location was good, central close to train station, with restaurants near by, safe by night.

Nice and welcoming staff, always willing to help. Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money. Very simple but clean and calm (ie. what you would be looking for in a budget hotel). Breakfast is simple but included in the price and really nice to have for a good start of the day.

A very nice hotel with a friendly personnel. Located near Termini
railway station. A large (comparing to other hotels in Rome), simple but
clean room, it has all necessary facilities. For breakfast you need to
go to a cafe outside, where you can have a cup of
coffee/tea/milk and a cake which are very tasty. The main
historical places are a 30-min walk from the hotel. The room was cleaned
every day, and fresh towels were given daily. Opposite to what I have

good shopping in area, and the Best Gelato in all of Europe a couple of
