  The hotel is in 3 minutes by foot from the Termini metro and bus station. There are just four rooms for guests in the apartment, so I faced only once one of my neighbours, and I could easily go to my bathroom just in towel without fear to be seen. The room is equipped with hairdryer, fridge, heater and airconditioner. The host woman Flora is an am... vad folk säger » azing person, so kind, open and friendly! She cleans all herself, gives us water and sweets. - Flora, the owner, was incredibly friendly. We felt like staying with our own Italian family. Whatever we asked her for (boil hot water for tea or recommend some places to visit etc) she immediately did. The fridge in our room was also a great asset. If I go to Rome again soon, I will definitely try and stay there.

  Myself and my boyfriend were looking for a cheap but clean ad nice place to stay close to the attractions in Rome.. This hotel also included breakfast in the stay was a major plus. We read a few complaints about the breakfast but it didnt bother us as it was so cheap we would manage. When we got there The staff were so lovely and efficient. The ne... vad folk säger » xt morning we arrived in the breakfast room with loads of options for breakfast! Im a very picky eater and even I was very happy with the food! There - Everything. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and valued as a resident at the hotel. It was clean and up to date. The rooms were functional but not tiny and enabled a relaxing evening after a long day walking around Rome. The breakfast, continental style was lovely and plenty of it. WiFi was free and it allows for skyping friends and family at home. Altogether a wonderful experience for a city hotel, great value for money.

  Emanuella, was very friendly and kind. The place was clean and the coffee machine provided coffee whenever you wanted it. There was also use of the fridge which was handy. The location was great and our room opened onto a courtyard which was generally peaceful. The decor mattered less as we got used to the place.   As soon as we booked the hotel I was contacted by Emiliano, the owner, asking for our flight details. He also gave us very helpful directions to the B&B. We arrived at 11:30 at night and Emiliano was waiting for us outside the hotel, this was excellent since we were very tired. The bathroom was perfect, very clean and with a really nice shower. The service - Emiliano who runs the business was very helpful and flexible. I could leave my bag in the apartment on my last day and pick it up before I had to travel. The breakfast was always filled with those bits that were eaten or drunk. The location was really good as me and my mum could get anywhere in Rome easily.

  Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting.
