They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.

  Centralt läge och helt OK hotell. - Close to Center and still nice and quiet - I had this infection and needed to go to the dentist and the receptionist went with me as I could not speak Italian. That was great help!!!

  Excellent, friendly staff. They may not have spoken much English, but they were kind and open to gesturing from English-speakers. They gave us Wifi pws according to the # of devices we had, helped us setup a taxi ride at 4am, and came upstairs to help us with operating the AC/heater controls.   Toaletten var bra - The hotel was absolutely great. Being a student, I first looked for cheap hostels, but then came across Hotel Demo for only £2 more per night. It was in a good location and everyone there was helpful. The place was also very clean, and the added breakfast was a treat.   Centralt, rent, tyst. Även bra pris. - It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the train and metro station allowing you to get about the town easily. The bathrooms were huge compared to the other hotel's that we had stayed at. - The staff and all the services were A1 couldn't ask for better.
