The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.
We had young children with us so the vending machines, hot water and play area was very convenient and useful. Their 24 hr lounge area was really clean and provided a large space for the kids to run around, for our large group to sit and relax and stay out

Helpful staff;there was a mistake and we were taken to a room with two twin beds while we had asked for a double, and when we informed them at the reception they transferred us to another room immediately. Läget - We stayed here for almost 4 days. The Hotel was very nice. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Our bathroom was neat and clean and the shower was very nice. The staff was helpful and courteous. Location was a major plus point. Its unbelievably close to the Roma Termini and we were easily able to catch a tourist bus (hop on-hop off)

I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

this is a very good hotel with a great location and friendly staff...alessandro, veronika, and emanuele at the bar - great cocktail! expect quirks because this is a new hotel and some work still needs to be done; on my first day, there were guys carry fixtures in and out, dudes working on elevator.
the bed was very comfortable and pillows very cozy.
