  Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We were also able to check out very late as there was no one needing the room immed... vad folk säger » iately after us. We rented bikes from a small bike shop close by (details were at the reception), and saw even more of the city. Just be careful of t - Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

  Decor - modern and appealing Breakfast was an added bonus, not normally expected in an apartment. Excellent location. - Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great ... vad folk säger » and the historical mambojambo is absolutely brilliant,staying in the middle of a city does mean you get woken by loud Italian men in the morning.....and they say women talk!!!....duh... Don't forget to take enough cash......it is expensive.....

  Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services. Breakfast is very simple continental style - a coffee and croissant. Ernesto, who is on duty during the day, is always cheerful and very helpful. It is in a very central position for walking - 5 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Pal - - amazing location just in front of historical site, which was directly observed from the window! - extremely nice and helpful staff who made our stay perfect - great value for money in the centre of Rome - nice breakfast especially compared to expectations of just basic stuff with coffee and croissant - we received free welcoming sparkling wine several times! - all facilities are very well preserved and even exceed some 5 stars hotels I've stayed in Europe

  We loved the location, we just stepped out of the door and we were near the heart of Rome. The owner, Andrea really looked after us, he provided snacks and water/coffee all the time we stayed, it was a very homely, friendly place with a communal area and balcony to relax. The house keeper looked after us very well and made us very welcome. It was ... vad folk säger » very good value for money and we have recommended to our families. We would not hesitate to go back. - Fantastic location. We only had 2 days in the city and were able to easlily walk to all the sites. Breakfast was filling and delicous. There is an open kitchen with 24 hour access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, juice and little snacks that made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful and modern renovations of an old historic building.

  Brilliant location, ALL sights in Rome within walking distance, 5 minute walk from Trastvere which is a lovely and romantic area with loads of nice restaurants & bars. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Nice breakfast served in a different hotel, 3 min walk from Little Queen. However, we could have helped our selves to a simple breakfast at ... vad folk säger » Little Queen so it was all up to us. The brothers who own the B&B's are extremely helpful and charming. Don't expect a massive and bright room - b - Firstly, the location was second to none. A 5mn walk to the Pantheon, a 15mn walk to the Colliseum, and a 20mn walk to Vatican City. U do not need to use public transport if you stay here. Secondly, the host Simone was a very gracious man. Very helpful with advice and booking tickets etc. Lastly, the breakfast was the best we ever had in Italy by far. As well as the usual bread, cheese, salami, pastries we actually got cereal and they even cooked us an omelette every morning. Highly recommend B

  Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. We will come back on our next trip to Rome! - Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

  My wife and I had a terrific experience staying at the Black and White suite in Rome. Martina, the manager, was amazing, and helped us out in so many ways. The room was clean and modern.   A very nice room, kind of romantic :).( italian style ) If you looking for something special more then hotel.. nice but not luxury.. this is the right place. and I realy do recommend that one. - Ideal location!!! Rather small but very clean rooms. Staff is very helpful! Certainly recommend.
