Trevlig personal, sköna sängar, luftkonditionering, rent o fint - it was very central, within seconds of the main train station. staff were very friendly and room cleaned every day and clean towels every day. breakfast was in cafe across the road; very basic but good. - The location was good. It was near the Termini station.

The night person at the front desk was fantastic. He helped us get
everywhere we wanted to go in Rome with detailed bus and Metro
instructions and hand drawn maps. Our room was quiet and secluded
off of a lovely courtyard with plants and a fish pond. Three locked
doors between the street and our room made us feel secure. Close to
so many things!!! Our breakfast was perfect with yogurt, pastries
and great coffee. Ham and cheese also available. Many low cost food
options nearby.

When I stayed at Hotel Max they had been open for only three weeks. As a
result they worked hard to impress their guests. I paid half price
because I was a single guest, but I was given a double room. The flowers
I had brought with me were put in a vase for me. The room was
beautifully refurbished and the bathroom was new. Breakfast was
excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the front desk is
open 24 hours a day. I recommend Hotel Max as a great, inexpensive place
