  The location is great, easy to go to many tourist sides. The pizza place close to it was amazing, the breakfast is good, the most important is that the boss is really warm hearted and always ready to help! - Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were quite cozy, internet worked well.

The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

  The hotel is 7 minutes walk from Main Station (Termini) on a well known road. Unlike other reviewers, I found the surrounding safe even in late night. It has a small but working lift. We stayed for 3 nights from May 18 in Room 201, a triple room which was of adequate size, spotlessly clean and sound proof. It had a freeze and a working a/C. It als... vad folk säger » o had room heater which we did not use. The hotel provided good toiletries and disposable slippers (no carpet in room). Linen and towels were clean an - When we arrived to the hotel, it was already midnight but we were welcomed very nicely. The staff gave us very good information about Rome. Hotel room was very clean and the location is great to go to many attractions. The room size was not the biggest but was sufficient. Colosseum is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Termini is within couple minutes walking distance.

  Very Nice place with very Nice people ! The room was awesome! Very warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing too !   Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. I liked the colour of the curtains and bed spreads and the decor ... vad folk säger » in general. It had good wi-fi, and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.
