  We had a suite with Jacuzzi and balcony. Our room gets cleaned twice a day and all towels changed Excellent location next to all attractions and shopping. Super clean. . We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality!   Tourist House Ghiberti was very close to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of the railway station and all the attractions we came to see. Claudio was an excellent host. Buffet breakfast was simple and very nice. Room was clean and facilities were more than we required (internet etc). The beauty of the building, the attention to details and privacy you get are good reasons to go back. The services, professionalism and kindness of the staff was something we also enjoyed. The hotel is close enough to the center (if you are not used to always be in the car) and they also offer a shuttle which we took on the way back in the evening. Great stay in a beautiful place.
