  Hotellet var bra beläget i ett lungt område. Nära till Bussbåten.Hotellet höll en hög klass och mycket god service.Personalen var kunnig och mkt trevlig. - The location was excellent..next to water bus /water taxi. Breakfast was great..the decor of hotel really created an atmosphere of old Venice..the location was close enough to everything yet no... vad folk säger » t so close you felt crowed by center. The room was apart of the entire experience of Venice..my daughter especially enjoyed all the little 'extras' in the bathroom, rooms were wonderful size... - I Loved everything about my stay at Palazzo Stern. The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!

  The hotel is just beautiful. It's a three hundred year old Palazzo that has been meticulously restored, with great attention to detail and luxury. Our room was quite outstanding - extremely " high tech" ( comment from our 21 year old who was very impressed!) combined with traditional, lavish furnishings - drapes, pelmets, wallpaper, furniture ; if... vad folk säger » you are into design and interior decorating, this is the place! We felt very welcomed and " at home" in beautiful surroundings. The staff were incred - This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it! We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!) We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"
