Pretty much everything. The room was very well turned out, with a lovely balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The overall set-up was one of the best i've stayed in. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with some good restaurants within a short walking distance. For some the hotel may be a bit too far out of the city centre, but it's very close to a direct train route and frankly if you like a long amble in the morning is a walkable dista

The B&B owner Marianna was very polite and helpful and gave us good advice for Rome and a very useful map. The hotel was very pretty with great decoration and felt like home. Also the neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. In general the region of Prati is a liitle bit far from the historic center but is a quality place to stay in Rome.

done enjoying Rome for the day. This is just what we wanted. Nice place,
no luxuries but with great staff and outstanding service. Fresh

Clean and spacious premises, excellent safe location! The proprietor Annamaria is a nice friendly person, though seeing her on two occasions only! She is very accommodating and willing to help and for that reason alone, we would be happy to give the business to her next time we go to Rome!
