  This is a residence, not a hotel, where there is housekeeping service without breakfast or coffee/tea set in the room, but if you need accommodation to feel at home, this is the right place to stay. We previously stayed here for more than 1 month before finding an apartment to rent and found it very comfortable to stay. Catch the tram to flamino ( can't go wrong it only goes there and back, 1.50€ pay on the tram) then either catch the metro ( on the same ticket) or walk, shop and sightsee on the via del corso all the way to the centre of Rome .

  A perfect setting for a perfect weekend in Rome. Located just north of the Borghese, the Parioli district is home to distinctive houses, embassies, parks, and restaurants. This property has been in the family for years, and is obviously well kept with elegant furnishings. The room was very well turned out, with a lovely balcony, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The overall set-up was one of the best i've stayed in. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with some good restaurants within a short walking distance. For some the hotel may be a bit too far out of the city centre, but it's very close to a direct train route and frankly if you like a long amble in the morning is a walkable dista

  The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.   It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you.
