  Byggnaden charmig och mycket bra sercise + läget - The staff (Georgia and team) were very gracious, welcoming and professional. Their suggestions and assistance on everything from selecting tours to handling dirty laundry made our time in Siena fantastic! Our room was immaculate and spacious. Maid service was friendly and convenient and the breakfa... vad folk säger » st was fantastic--we were so comfortable, it almost started to feel like home! - Georgia, the Inn Keeper was delightful. She made us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for dining in the area as well as help with travel arrangements and sight seeing. We had to leave the hotel very early in the morning - 5:30am to catch the train to Rome on our last day and she arranged for our taxi and provided us with a box breakfast to take with us.

  Exceptional service from front desk staff--Sara was willing to provide recommendations regarding dinner and wineries to visit (both recommendations were superb). - It was outside the city, necessary if you are driving but very easy to walk or take the bus inside the city walls.

  The staff was super nice and hospitable. They waited up for us to arrive after midnight! The room and bathrooms were clean. It was very close to the Sienna's city center and parking was included and accessible. The fresh pastries were delicious and warm. There was a respectable sized breakfast with fruit, yogurt, fresh pastries, deli and cappuccin... vad folk säger » o! - The hospitality, the personal and the cleaning. The breakfast is ok.
