  The staff members were very helpful and speak good English. Before we even asked they offered us a city map and a list of opening hours of all museums/galleries. It's apparently a family run hotel and the owners're proud of their town. Great location, we could see the Medici Chapel from our window. The noise from the street wouldn't be a problem as the rooms feature three layers of windows, each of them double glazed, very impressive insulatio - Excellent location as it was a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and a nice walking distance to all major attractions. We asked for a room facing the courtyard/cathedral during booking after seeing a review on letsbookhotel.com, and the hotel gave us a room on the top most floor with the best possible view :) Air conditioned room with soundproof windows. Breakfast is definitely worth the money for 5 euros per person. Laundromat and mini supermarket on same street. Good strong wifi.

  Staffs and the Ms were very very kind, the hotel is very very near at all interested point, Duomo, Sant Lorent church, Old palace, etc..very near at the Stations. The room was cleaned.   The owner was very helpful answering all my questions before we arrived and while we were there. We really appreciated him storing some luggage while we went to Venice for a few days. The location is great by the train station and still a convenient walk to the Duomo. The bed was firm, which I like, and room very clean. It had a working elevator and wifi. - Me, my two sons, 20 and 16, and a couple, friend of ours, with their daughter, greatly enjoyed our stay at the Florence Room B&B. 3 minute walk from train station but very calm and quiet. Very kind and helpful staff, specialy Boris who made us feel very welcome! We had clean and comfortable rooms with easy internet access. Very good value for the money and we surely would stay there once again.
