  Fantastiskt bemötande av personal och villiga att ordna allt man ville ha. Blev uppgraderade till Penthouse-lägenheten alla dagar vi var där pga något litet elektriskt fel på vårt rum. - The location and views are excellent. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.   The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. The apartments weren't serviced (as we k... vad folk säger » new at booking time).. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .

  Jättetrevlig personal - speciellt Elena som var mycket hjälpsam. - Me and m husband really enjoyed our stay at Residenza Belli. We would recommend it! - I stayed there over Christmas two years ago and liked it very much, that's why I returned. A nice, friendly, comfy and clean place in the most cosy part of Rome.
